Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Complete Systems Electrical PTY LTD (ABN 63 660 415 734) for any electrical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all quotes, work orders, and services provided by Complete Systems Electrical.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• •All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• •Quotes are based on the information provided and a visual inspection. Additional work discovered during the job may incur extra charges.
• •All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise specified.
• •Call-out fees apply as per our published rates and will be communicated before dispatch.

3. Payment Terms

• •Payment is due upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made.
• •For larger projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work commences.
• •We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
• •Overdue accounts may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Warranty & Guarantees

• •All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion.
• •Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and materials supplied.
• •Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• •All electrical work is performed in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules) and relevant Australian Standards.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
• •If we arrive on-site and the customer cancels, the full call-out fee will apply.
• •Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

6. Site Access & Safety

• •The customer must provide safe and clear access to all work areas.
• •Any hazards (asbestos, structural issues, etc.) must be disclosed before work begins.
• •We reserve the right to refuse or cease work if site conditions are deemed unsafe.

7. Liability

• •Complete Systems Electrical holds public liability insurance and is fully licensed (REC 31793, A Grade A63344).
• •We are not liable for pre-existing electrical faults or damage not caused by our work.
• •Any claims must be made in writing within 7 days of work completion.

8. Privacy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for the completion of your job (e.g., ordering materials). For more information, please contact us directly.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication first. If unresolved, mediation through a mutually agreed third party may be sought before any legal action.
