No Call-Out Fees
We do not charge call-out fees. Instead, a minimum attendance applies — we come to site, spend the first 30 minutes assessing your job, and then present you with 3 clear options so you can choose what works best for you.
Minimum Attendance Fee
$192 + GST
If you do not proceed
If after our on-site assessment you choose not to proceed with any of the 3 options presented, a minimum attendance fee of $192 + GST applies to cover the first 30-minute assessment.
$0 fee waived
If you proceed with the work
If you choose to go ahead with any of the options we present, the minimum attendance fee is completely waived — you only pay for the work carried out.

Standard Hourly Rates
Minimum 30-minute attendance applies to all jobs. Billed in 30-minute increments thereafter.
After-Hours & Emergency Rates
We understand that electrical issues don't always happen during business hours. That's why we offer reliable after-hours and emergency attendance across Melbourne — still with no call-out fee.
After-hours applies:
